Everybody!! Aah, my own bed last night. Great to be home. But not for long, off to a cribbage tournament in Reno, NV in two weeks. 18/Jun/18 12:40 AM |  |
everyone!Happy Father's Day to all the great Dads out there! We are taking the Dads in this family to a ball game this afternoon and then back here for dinner. I was told by the 5-year-old, ''Daddy really likes pizza, we should have that''. I don't know if it's Dad's favorite, or hers. I suspect the latter. 18/Jun/18 12:50 AM |  |

My dear hubby, father of our two sons and my step son and daughter, just got his favorite breakfast, big stack of lilikoi pancakes and lots of bacon (which he normally doesn't get - cholesterol count!) Ah, but it is his day. 18/Jun/18 2:48 AM |  |
Notice that there was very little typing involved, DoA. 18/Jun/18 3:06 AM |  |
Lovely beach! Wish I was there on this hot day. 18/Jun/18 3:08 AM |  |
I am not surprised to see Anne's comment about her time. At some point during this Easy, I looked to be sure it was not Medium. 18/Jun/18 4:02 AM |  |
Good mAen, good people. Thank you, Joyce. The program requires a same gender sibling within 3 years of the US delegate's age. Doesn't seem hard as that's a very wide range. However there was at least one host family that had to back out so delegates had to be reshuffled. We were planning on a More... 18/Jun/18 4:41 AM |  |

The Norwegian family of 5 hosting Skye is really devoted to 4-H. Skye is the second American girl her Norwegian family has hosted. Skye's Norwegian sister is also 18 and is hoping to come to the US for a study year. She and her mom have been to the US where they have family in Tennessee. 18/Jun/18 7:13 AM |  |
1:37. Good morning everyone. There's a very well known and regarded triathlon/ironman festival in Busselton early every December - I hope to make it over there one day to compete (doing the running leg of the ironman in a relay team if that's allowed.) 18/Jun/18 7:37 AM |  |

When we lived in Busso the cycling course of the Iron Man went passed the end of the road where we lived. In fact they cycled the course twice to complete the required distance. I used to walk (50 metres) to the roadside to cheer them on. By the time they were coming back on the More... 18/Jun/18 9:44 AM |  |
Wishing the happiest of birthdays to MizTricia. She is here on this site almost every day but doesn't often post on Easy. 18/Jun/18 10:27 AM |  |
Thanks for your update, Plum - for some reason I thought Skye was departing several days ago; things are being sorted out & it looks as if she'll have quite an experience & an ever-special Norwegian family! 18/Jun/18 12:52 PM |  |
Good day good folks. Time to reveal the answers to Saturday's poozle. A bit light on today with only seven responses, but there may be some additional people yet. The seven are Judy, Sarah, Peter, Kathy, Joyce, Snowbird and Plum. No-one seems to have been put of by my mistakes. You are a More... 18/Jun/18 4:12 PM |  |
