Here's yesterday's answer which brought in a lot of daft answers but none of them correct!! The family were flying in Concorde.(ok it was a while ago!) It took off shortly after sunset and flew west. It, therefore, caught up with the sun and the family saw the sun rise in front of them---in the west.
