Hey Shiela - I am glad to see you survived!

Good morning - my baby has reached the age of majority today! Happy 18th Birthday, 4T (known to his friends as Sunshime).

You will note I did not say my baby is all grown up! He's male, they never grow uup, do they?

I love the quote "Growing old(er) is mandatory, growing up is optional."

SunshiNe - after I gave himm a big hug last Sunday morning and said "my baby is all grown up", told me - "If this is being grown up, I'm not sure I want to be!". Words spoken from the heart - (or was it his very sore head after he drank way-y-y too much the previous night?)

If he's really a grown up now, he won't do that again soon!

I can remember my son's 18th. The best money we spent was the $250 for two security officers. The potential troublemakers just didn't get in. The drinks ran out at 11pm and we were home in bed by midnight.(North Americans might not know the legal age for drink in Australia is 18.)
