CG et al: I managed to get back to the last 2 days of puzzles & to my amazement was my beautiful munching giraffe. This was taken in Kenya in 1999, using a telephoto lense. It is amazingly clear, considering the distance he was & the fact it was taken standing in an open top safari More... 22/Jun/10 5:40 AM |  |

We will have temps at 100 all week, with a heat index a LOT higher. I am SO glad that "they" say that this is as bad as it will get. But "they're" probably just guessing. 22/Jun/10 7:29 AM |  |

Good afternoon - soup's made, now for the dessert. I have decided on lemon meringue pie - getting ir out of the house without Mr P attacking it will be the trick. Fortunately, it is not a favourite for 4T, or I'd definitely lose the battle. 22/Jun/10 4:51 PM |  |

A piece of useless information. Last week we decided we needed a new fitted queen size electric blanket. Did the rounds and none were on special. Prices ranged from \$99 t0 \$179. All of course were made in China. Checked on the web and ordered blanket last Thursday. It arrived today at \$39.95 plus \$10 postage. Exactly the same brand as sold by Harris Scarfe. 22/Jun/10 9:50 PM |  |
