Here's another golf joke to go along with ap's recent postings. I heard this in the clubhouse just yesterday:
A grandfather, his son and his grandson were preparing to tee of on the first hole when an attractive young lady asked to join them to make it a foursome. They heartily agreed after More...

4:37 are those otters they are so cute looks like they are waving or even doing a back stroak

Hello Paul: your quotes are always about sinnings and repentance: it is the first step but we can look further to be more attractive (in the good meaning!)thoughts who open mind towards a more large meditation. Yesterday I read this:
Psalm 73: 28
'Pour moi approcher Dieu est mon bien'
'But as for me, it is good to be near God.'
bonne journée à vous!

Happy shall he be, who taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the rock.

Psalm 137:9

JAMIE: You will be a wonderful addition to our discussion group! Now, to prepare, since you will be portraying the main character, would you mind ... wearing a kilt (we won't ask what's underneath!), dying your gray beard red, not bathing for a few days, working on your brogue, and dragging along some freshly-killed game?? LOL

great photo :)

DAVE: Since you got Hobbes to speak, can you ask him how we can ALL achieve those kinds of times?! P.S. I'm glad that he saw the humor in your comments instead of being angry!! :)

To be wierd or not to be wierd. That is the question!

Paul, exiled in Babylon( a scoop?:))you are scary in your choice! where is ziba?
I suggest Psalm 140: 2-3
' Rescue me, O LORD, from evil men;
protect me from men of violence,
who devise evil plans in their hearts
and stir up war every day. '
and the end (Am I a More...

Three little otters are we
We slept all night in the sea
When the shark came around, we couldn't be found
And that's why we wave to thee.
 |  |
Sorry about that poor excuse for a poem!
 |  |
Warren, how gruesome!

Judy, I will consider your requests - right now in Texas the kilt (and I won't tell you what is underneath!) might feel pretty good.
 |  |
Ps. 137:9 is a WEE bit out of context, but unbelievably it's there! That sure isn't a verse we learned in Sunday School or Parenting Class!

SUSAN FROM APPLEX: Wow, you really dropped a bomb on us last night. Is your cancer something that you want to talk about, or would you rather just know that we are praying for you and sending our good thoughts? Either way, God bless you, take care of yourself, and let us know how you are doing, OK? Hugs.
 |  |
I echo what Judy says, Susan. With both of us having been there (with very successful results, thankfully), my wife and I both know how scary it can be at times. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.

I've been doing the puzzles here most everyday and in local paper and some books for about 6 months...my times generally stink..under 3 min for easy a few times. Some hints for solving at some other web sites I have surfed helped alot on the hard and tough but there have been a few tough lately More...

Does anyone else here on Easy or Medium feel insulted by Gath? He placed a hiring request on Hard and Tough, but not here! This is just too funny! LOL
 |  |
Let's spell check that last sentence....that would be 'I'm...'
 |  |
Gath must be weeding out the imbeciles like us, Judy.
 |  |
Tee hee, NANCY, or he just figures that the requisite nerd factor increases proportionately to the difficulty of the puzzle! (Just kidding, Tough folks ... I do them, too!)
 |  |
High five-ing you now!!
 |  |
That, of course, is the otter equivalent of a raised middle finger.
 |  |
They are saluting me!
 |  |
We've done it now Judy...the floodgates have opened...guess I'll have to stick that alleged raised finger where it will do the most good...plug the dam, that is.
 |  |
...and excuse me as I'm off to test this little ole brain of mine on the tough. And I need to work a little, too.
 |  |
Good mArn to allJamie: Good to hear you will be joining us...and I like the outfit, but feel free to bathe...lol JEB: Loved the golf joke...just got to love the old folks ability to get ahead...Loza: Thanks for the information. That's the book Kathy found on line. I'll check my bookstore first, and More...

I am pleased to report that I can now work the 'easy & medium'puzzles without making an error, which for me is quite an accomplishment.

3.13 Just before the funeral services, the undertaker asked the elderly widow 'How old was your husband?' '98'she replied,'just 2 years older than me.' 'So you're 96,' the undertaker replied. She responded 'Hardly worth going home is it?'

4:16- kind of slow today. I think the heat is starting to get to me! Makes me jealous of the three otters in the water!!
 |  |
Warren- That goes for Dallas drivers, too!
 |  |
what a cute picture of otters in peace together... but the sudoku puzzle was easy!!:)
 |  |
2:27. Cute. I'll spare you all my otter puns.
