2:19. Good morning Hal. Today's photo puzzles me more than the puzzle. 27/Aug/18 12:13 AM |  |
 1:42 Good night all! 27/Aug/18 12:14 AM |  |
 Me too, Tom. 27/Aug/18 12:14 AM |  |
Does anyone else see the skull? 27/Aug/18 12:21 AM |  |
 Night all, I'm off to bed! 27/Aug/18 12:25 AM |  |
It's nice to hear all the respectful things said about Senator McCain, especially the proposal (by a Democrat) to rename a Senate office building after him instead of the current less than honorable honoree. And I am glad that the president merely offered condolences to the family instead of issuing yet another idiotic insult. 27/Aug/18 1:06 AM |  |
Is the photo sideways? Sky on the right, then water, then stingray? 27/Aug/18 1:08 AM |  |
 Everybody!! 27/Aug/18 1:35 AM |  |
Morning all. I am also confused by the photo. Mind you, I am often confused and in case you were about to ask, it has nothing to do with age! There are several smilies still missing from my page and I can't see those when they're posted here. It all adds to the confusion! 27/Aug/18 1:53 AM |  |
 Today's pic - Looking out airplane window, perhaps... 27/Aug/18 2:07 AM |  |

DoA, yeah, I thought of that, too, that we are seeing a view from inside looking through a window, since there is a reflection in the glass, but then the comment on the photo makes no sense. So.. maybe the comment just does not fit, and it is merely an interesting view out the window. 27/Aug/18 2:18 AM |  |
Hi all. Is anybody up for a challenge? Are you still interested in trying to find CG? First, his number has been disconnected...not good news.Second, back on the 26th January this year, Greg's sister Rosemary passed away. Her name was Rosemary Vanderwater, (obituary notice, More... 27/Aug/18 2:28 AM |  |
Perhaps, the submitter was traveling to 'grandma's house' and the plane was preparing to land.? 27/Aug/18 2:30 AM |  |
 Super sleuthing, beehive ! 27/Aug/18 2:32 AM |  |
 everyone!!! 27/Aug/18 2:40 AM |  |
Today's picture looks like a view from a glass bottom boat. You can see the reflection of people leaning forward to see or to take pics. 27/Aug/18 2:42 AM |  |
Thanks for making the effort, beehive. The disconnected phone is very worrisome. Here's hoping you hear back from them and we find out what has happened to our friend. 27/Aug/18 2:46 AM |  |
 I'm confused by today's photo. I'll take your word for it , Joann. 27/Aug/18 4:06 AM |  |
I think Shosho is a genius. And a lot more familiar with glassbottom boats than I am! 27/Aug/18 4:11 AM |  |
 27/Aug/18 4:24 AM |  |
Morning all, I think Shosho is right, you can see it better when the pic is enlarged. 27/Aug/18 5:09 AM |  |
Hopefully Greg has moved to an aged care facility. Thanks beehive, for keeping us informed. 27/Aug/18 5:23 AM |  |
 1:28. Good morning everyone. 27/Aug/18 6:49 AM |  |
AllInteresting post for stretching imagination 27/Aug/18 7:08 AM |  |
all. Thanks for keeping on top of this beehive. I haven't been able to find out any more. It hasn't helped that we have just listed our house for sale. With 2 Open Houses and agents with clients coming through, I haven't had much time to do much except keep the house clean & tidy. I hate Open Houses!!! 27/Aug/18 8:11 AM |  |
Well done beehive. There is a good chance of tracking down Greg now, but not from Australia. Perhaps Greg has abandoned his landline and gone mobile. Just a thought. 27/Aug/18 9:29 AM |  |
My thought was that it might be a viewing window at Underwater World or similar, but a glass bottom boat would work as well. 27/Aug/18 9:32 AM |  |
Thank you to everyone who has been trying to track down Greg. I remember him telling us that he has a daughter, of whom he was very proud. Ten years ago, she was acting and maybe singing somewhere in Western Canada. Does anyone know her name or remember anything about her? 27/Aug/18 10:34 AM |  |
Some very sad news everybody. I have had a reply from Greg's nephew, Alan Vanderwater and he has informed me that Greg passed away on the 7th August.I have asked him if there is a tributes page for Greg as I am sure we would like to pay our respects. I shall let you know if I hear back from Alan again. So sorry that I am the bearer of such sad news. 27/Aug/18 10:41 AM |  |
 Oh, no ... RIP, Dear Friend. 27/Aug/18 10:45 AM |  |
Beer time! Bud Lite, please. 27/Aug/18 10:49 AM |  |
Wish I'd read the most recent posts before my previous one. Well, this Bud's for you Greg. You will be missed. 27/Aug/18 10:53 AM |  |
Sorry to hear such news. Rest in Peace, Greg. 27/Aug/18 10:59 AM |  |
Thanks for your efforts, Beehive. Much appreciated. 27/Aug/18 11:00 AM |  |
Condolences to Greg's family and farewell to a great bloke who contributed a great deal to this site. 27/Aug/18 11:13 AM |  |
I am so sorry to hear that news. RIP Greg. There was no announcement in the local papers I could find. I shall miss him. 27/Aug/18 11:31 AM |  |
Thank you, Beehive. I have not looked, but, as I recall, Greg's most recent comments were upbeat about his medical situation, so clearly things took a turn for the very much worse. 27/Aug/18 11:43 AM |  |
 RIP Greg 27/Aug/18 12:07 PM |  |
