I find that I lean for awhile, then I lift for awhile.
I think there’s 3 kinds. The people who lean all the time, the people who lift all the time, and a whole bunch of people that share each other’s loads giving others a rest, knowing they will find someone to lean on when they need a rest.

Cathy - yes I am ashamed, I just don't know what got into me. As some of these folks know I am usually very quiet and unassuming, but something just got into me today, ( ). But hey, we got a party out of one silly ad on the radio!

Judy - personally I prefer mine roasted over an open fire, fresh homemade bun, with ketchup, mustard and onion,mmmmmmm!

BC, now there's a thought. It's all tricky because the needle has to be inserted into loose skin (doesn't penetrate muscle) so the hole has to be big enough for my husband to still be able to grab that loose patch of skin around the shoulder blade area and pull it up. It seems I have perfect timing ... all the jobs have been assigned, I just have to arrive, kick back, enjoy myself, and watch all the fun. Very cool.
