It can't be good for you. It'll show as a positive in a horse swab if you give them enough.
I was always told salt tablets reduced cramps. Not too many though.

And of course, winners are randomly tested for drugs by the police after a race. The testing method is to take a urine sample. A recent winner had this note attached to his report...

"Interesting horse. According to the lab, it had a cigarette and a cup of coffee after the race."

A caterpillar crawls at a speed of 21cm per hour towards a vegetable patch. After eating its fill it returns, over exactly the same distance, at only 7cm per hour.
Not including the eating time, what is the caterpillar's average speed over the entire journey?

Amazingly Saylz I have recently done an extraction from a caterpillar called Crunching Munching. Such an agreeable little thing. He was most distraught that he could not fly but, with the help of my counselling and the loan of a good book “Hope for the Flowers” by Trina Paulus, he is now soaring. More...

Oh happy day! I'm getting find Facebook very gratifying! Just heard from a student I had twenty years ago. Darling girl is a teacher, too and says I made a "great impact" on her. Bless her! Bertie, I feel like that caterpillar you've sent out soaring!

What about me?...

Todd - for you, if you can imagine the right musical scale whilst I sing:

I'll build you a moat
with no quote
simple and round
made out of ground
filled to the brim
with a neat little trim
bubbles galore
like never before
what do you think
before I sink?

...also I am wearing a snorkle, am underwater and slightly tangled in a weed which is inedible, or so I believe, so bear with me on the slightly off beat notes I've been singing.

Please note not a snorkel but a snorkle. A snorkle is an ancient bubble blower of the lesser known goldfishesters...

Thank you for the moat, fred. It's quite stylish in a moaty way. Bowl and Tank Interior Digest has asked to come to do a full spread on it.

To watersupplies.co.uk
Please be aware that an amber bacterial contamination within your most recent supply of water here has resulted in a wizzenspread epidemic of agrabadagro-itis, which involves the symptom of profound (with high degree of alert), insomnia. As a further index of effect all our goldfish have died of dizziness from swimming too alertly fast round their bowl.

Fred the fish eats lots of seaweed
(And he's known to snorkle)
If his spoon won't hold enough feed
We're quite sure that his fork'll.

Oh Karen and Jill, do take care of yourselves! Your poor families will suffer if you collapse! Karen, please tell your hubby that the concrete bully is not to be contested. My dad and students can tell him the consequence of testing out concrete with one's head.

Good afternoon all. I've only just had time this afternoon to read today's posts and was so excited to see Jill post that I went straight to her page - then I came back and read the remainder of the posts including Karen's post with all the troubles of the day.
