My 54 year old daughter in Austin tells me that the floods aren't as bad as last year. My daughter in Houston who will be 27 tomorrow (or today in Australia) isn't too near the bad flooding places (and lives on the second floor of her apartment building) so is OK. We just have rain every day here in Dallas. 03/Jun/16 12:00 AM |  |

Morning all,Julia reminds me of our eldest at that age.We are in the wars health wise, Bill has a light case of shingles, no pain but sentitive skin and the sores. Went to the hospital yesterday and they gave him a script for tablets to ease the nerves ends. I have a sinus problem.😢 03/Jun/16 6:47 AM |  |
I really missed this site. I'm glad I let myself come back. I enjoy being part of a community that shares condolences, excitement, troubles and frustrations. And smiles and silly games and greetings. Thank you, good people. 03/Jun/16 7:12 AM |  |
So I did the puzzle and went back to yesterday's posts to read the poem and the article - and just to read all the posts. Laughed at the string of LPOTDs. 03/Jun/16 7:29 AM |  |
When I was done I got ready to come back here and it all of a sudden hit me and I had to go back and re-read Wolf's actual LPOTD. I'm sorry, Wolf, I laughed the second time around because what you wrote can be (mis)understood I a humorous sense. 03/Jun/16 7:32 AM |  |
I'm sure you excelled, but the alternate reading reminded me of several times I had to be polite and cringe as invisibly as possible during a student recital. 03/Jun/16 7:36 AM |  |
Took some time deciding whether or not to have a second child, Wolf? So glad that the girls are OK! 03/Jun/16 7:47 AM |  |
