I didn't expect a TOPP. Beggars can't be choosers.

Thank you for your welcome. I usually just do the puzzles. I didn't even realize there were such extensive comments for a long time. I've been enjoying the poozles and thought I should start submitting answers since I usually know 'em.

I did live much of my life in Maine, but Gloucester is in Massachusetts. It is where The Perfect Storm took place and was filmed.

Canuck Greg, you caused a great deal of merriment in my office with your comment about todays picture being a quaint little village on side of a scenic lake. If Kate had of turned around whilst taking this picture you would of seen the Sydney Opera House on Sydney Harbour!!! Kirribilli is on the north side of the Harbour

So how do you tell what number your comment will be? I assumed a number would show up for each posting once I became a member. Do you just go by the number indicated at the top of the page?

(I'd hate to post on someone's favorite number accidentally...)

Oh, Quahog, that is part of our little fun, to get to someone's favorite. BTW, welcome to the chattering. Yes, the number at the top of the page is the indicator of what number we are on. Favorite numbers are, first and last post of the day, 5, 9, 22, 22, top, 78 or 79 (this one is new, and has not caught on, yet) 100, 101 and 222. I think, I got all of them.

Got up this morning with great ambition, then I lost that loving feeling, when I had to stop and feed the children, yet again. My gosh, that is an everyday, all day, endless task.
Now, watching an old black and white movie, that had the new technicolor added to it. Love it. I hear the words and few seconds later the lips move.

Very appropriate that you said 22 twice!

But missed 13 and 33 Karen.

I did, didn't I. Oops.
Thanks Canuk Greg.

Well, Keith, you know how excited I get when I snatch 22. I just get so excited.
03/Aug/12 4:02 AM

I like to try to steal Keith's 22 when I can. That's about as high as I can count, so I don't bother with the bigger numbers. lol

Good mAen, by the way! Jaime and I took a long nap yesterday afternoon and then slept about 10 hours last night. So we are just about caught up. Jaime is feeling good, but weak. He goes back to the Jacksonville doctor in two weeks for a checkup. That will be on our way down to Stuart, FL for a week of much-needed R&R. Time to catch up with errands now. So toodles 'til later!

It's always fun watching you get so excited, Karen.

Jane... I'm delighted that Jaime's doing so well. That was quite a scare!

I meant Massachusetts, not Maine. Little Plum was begging me to get off the computer so we could get going, so I made the mistake. I am very mistake prone when I'm trying to concentrate on too many things at once. (Too many isn't very many, by the way.)

We just had a heck of a storm go roaring through. Not high winds, thankfully!

Quahog! Welcome to the insanity! Good to see you posting.

Reading posts on my iPhone is not at all easy, so I won't. I'll just give you an update. I'm back in hospital after further surgery yesterday. There was a small growth in my appendix which while not cancer, behaves like cancer so required tribal of a more extensive area to be sure it's all clear. I had a fairly comfortable night. Rest assured, I am doing well.

So sorry to hear you're back in hospital, CP, but glad to know the surgeons caught the growth before it spread. (((Hugs)))

Any pet lovers also on Facebook would enjoy this. I'm posting it mainly for Heidi, but just went to Sudoku Friends on Facebook and didn't find her listed, which makes me think she's not on Facebook.
Heidi, if you can't access it, I could try to figure out how to get it to you another way. Vici More...

CP - I completely missed out on sending get well wishes after your first surgery, so I'm sending double on your second surgery. Sorry you're having to be the patient lately instead of the caregiver. Hope you get back home soon & have a quick recovery.

Well CP, what can I say? You're on the wrong end of the care-giving industry? You want some babies to help you 'out'?
Get well quick, kiddo!
