GMo - I was a Bobbing Bobcat last time that durn e-mail made the rounds, and I'm STILL a bobbing bobcat! Can't seem to make any progress. But then, again, as the owner of a tiny, tail-less Manx kitty, perhaps the "bobcat" designation is appropriate!

Something to think about: The U.S. Department of Energy, instituted in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil, now has an annual budget of more than $24 billion; they have 16,000 Federal employees and approximately 100,000 contract employees. Results? Who needs results to justify the expenditure of our hard-earned dollars? Way to go, guys!!!
