I will now add my Congratulations to Kansas on their victory. The dark blues should have quite a running battle Monday night.

Before March Madness' first game was played, I had picked the final 4 correctly (this is the first time in history that all 4 first seeds made it to the final 4) and I had picked UCLA to beat UNC in the final game. Guess I got the last game wrong.

I will watch the game Monday night - but my thoughts will be now moved forward to Football. With this post, my Bruin Avatar will take a rest till Football Season. With that I will say:

Go BRUINS. (Have a safe trip home!)

Well, turns out the Jayhawks were too tough for the Tarheels tonight, too! My brother & his family will be crushed. It was a big surprise that both the semi-final games turned out to be so lopsided. I actually dozed off a few times! Now I'll have to switch allegiance to the Jayhawks, our second favorite team. Hope they will play as well on Monday as they did tonight.

Not so much England, Mary, (apart from some great stodgey desserts) but its proximity to other countries with fantastic cuisines!

Twas a lovely lunch - spread over nearly five hours. Great food and good wine (I'm told, since i didn't have any!) And eaten outside under the shade of a big tree on a glorious day.

Funny, but I don't want any dinner - a nice cup of tea will be just right!
