Kate/Sydney phoned me last night. She cannot come to the BBQ on Friday so spent yesterday with Keith and Lynne.They had two spare seats on the plane so get plenty of sleep. They found a statue I had told Keith about and apparently had a good day. Today Ian and Anne are taking them to the Blue Mountains.

Me too. Beauty sleep calls. Tomorrow will be exciting a roofer is coming to quote for roof replacement and repairs from the storm in January. I can hardly keep up with the pace things happen here!!!!

Oh, Keith! What a treat you have in store! The Blue Mountains are wonderful! You will be able to see The Three Sisters! Katoomba (Scenic World) has a railway that is supposed to be the steepest cable car in the world! Seemed that way to me!

I felt ill just watching that cable car, Kathy. Nothing on earth would tempt me to go on it. We were swept away by the view of the Three Sisters, but, unfortunately the weather wasnt too good. Is was about this time of year we were there. Hope Keith has better weather.

I just googled 'webcam Katoomba' and it looks a lovely day up there. Still a bit hazy but it is still early, some nice looking clouds on the horizon,to make nice photos, and will be about 20*c. Keith, Lynne, Ian and Anne should have a lovely day.

Oh gee, I am soooo jealous! Keith and Lynne are having a marvelous time in Australia and I am stuck at home struggling with the sewing machine. Found two great swaths of tapestry material real cheap and thought I could make a great bedroom drapes. I'm halfway through but I've never had soooo much fun sewing a 90 inch seam!!!
