maen all! went to a wedding at a botanical garden last fall and was awed by the mini-trees...some of them were 50 years old and still about 3 feet high.

I tried growing bonsai. I even took a short class on the care. They need a lot if it! My little tree was healthy for about 6 months, then RIP.

The photo was taken in a pavilion in the Cowra Japanese Gardens at Cowra, NSW. The gardens were built to commemorate those killed in the Cowra Breakout during WW II.
