Frogmouth - Wikipedia
The frogmouths are a group of nocturnal birds related to the nightjars. They are found from the Indian Subcontinent across Southeast Asia to Australia.

I have never seen a snoozing bird in the wild! They are usually more alert than this!

I did a Google images and it looks like a small owl but this picture looks like it has teeth and fur.

In the first Google I told Google the name but I did another search just with the picture and it came back with alligator but then the 'Similar Images' showed the heads of black birds. What looks like fur around the mouth could be feathers but where did the teeth come from? Birds don't have teeth.

I think I will check back later after someone else figures out what this beast is. It is a bit too ugly to spend time looking at possibilities.
