maen all! our local korean supermarket is noted for its seafood. they cure dry flat fish in front of household fans behind the counter. makes a great bacala if you like salty dishes.

It took me a while to figure out they were fish - they looked like big bats hanging upside-down. Need to work on my gestalt today. Happy day to everyone!
