HalT from the position, Kate could have taken it either from a ferry or boat passing under the bridge near Dawes Point or from Dawes Point itself in The Rocks directly under the bridge in the park next to the pylon. It's a toss-up - of only a few metres in all!

A lot of the buildings are office blocks as well. I used to work in the creamish one which is sort of under the crane, and which was at that time one of the tallest there! Looks like a shrimp now!!

We were at a wedding reception at Pier one which is almost under the southern end of the bridge. It was taken from a balcony on the western side of the Restaurant, looking north (of course!!).

Great shot Kate I have been to Sydney lots of time but have never found the time to visit Luna Park.

You can actually walk in under the face and around it for free now. The rides and Coney Island of course cost money.

on my 4 visits to Sydney, didnt go to luna pk. Cant actually remember seeing it from any vantage point. Cant see anything off the bridge anyway, and didnt go that direction on the water. Did alot of shopping in the city tho
