Aah! A lovely still life,,, The photo was taken in December, I'm guessing (Santa on the wall), but has a very springlike feel to it. Perhaps an Australian location.

This picture makes me think of 'Rocky Mountain High, Colerado' by John Denver. It doesn't 'feel' Australian to me. Would be interesting to know where it is.. I agree with everyone else..you can just feel the warmth coming through the window. It would be a lovely spot to sit for breakky on a winter's morning with a hot cuppa...mmmm

Took a second look, and think Sarah may be right -- the placque on the wall shows a gnome, not a Santa. Love the big wood table, and the stairway off this room is interesting. Will the photographer please identify the location?
