What's with the name change, Plum? Dare I ask?

2 things, jamie. Was born in April, so will always be an April Fool. Also, decided to post a Plum Fool recipe and it's my reminder to make and perfect the recipe and post it here. Also, I like occasional name alterations. I was (Sugar) Plum for the Christmas holidays.
So, what's with the sideways blue gorilla with pink flowers, huh? Dare I ask?

3:29. Plum, that's one of my photos from our France trip two years ago (this snap was taken on 6 Apr 2007). I've just had a look at the original photo, which is bigger than the one shown, and there really isn't much of a clue as to how old or otherwise the painting is and I'm afraid I just can't recall.
