Gorgeous sky! Looks like a place to sit and contemplate. Morning or night? Looks like a sunset to me. But of course, I don't do sunrises!

Only a sunrise person when the beach and vacations are involved, then I think you really need to get up and see the sun rise over the ocean, but then I am a true beach bum at heart.

Yep, could be either. I don't usually see sunrises; I'm the late-to-bed, late-to-rise sort. However, since we have been here in Phoenix, I seen a few sunrises, thanks to the grandkids.

I almost always see the sun rise, although not today as it was raining, and that is a particularly lovely, delicate one Ian! And hadn't you better take care while driving in your sleep!!

Thankyou for getting up and taking that photo Ian and sharing the tranquility and loveliness of the early morning with us. When I do sunrises, I always feel absolutely deserving of the beauty. Haven't done one for a while.

As of next Monday - It's going to be 6am starts every week day for me. Hope I get a chance to take in the peace and glory of the early mornings.
