Anne, your boss sounds like mine, except he never arrives for work on Mondays until at least midday or later (sometimes so late it has become Tuesday instead). Mind you every other day he never arrives much before 9:30 when the rest of us start at 8:30.
I guess you have to be the boss to have those perks.

I don't know, Victoria. I was manager here for over five years once a few years back and I didn't take any liberties like that. If I had appointments, other than a doctors because you take them when you can get them, I did everything in my own time, and I usually work through my lunch hour to make up for it.

Just had a quick visit to the dentist since last posting. I lost a filling and broke the tooth over the past couple of days and it was hurting toooooooo much to wait for my Monday appointment. The very nice dentist fitted me in between two patients (not literally) and I've been and back already with one huge numb mouth and face.
