The 8' pizza sells for $ 3.99 at my favorite pizza store. The store claims they have a great deal on the large 14' pizza, which is specially priced at $ 9.78. What is the per cent discount the store is offering?

Answers to my ''pizza'' inbox please.

I'm trying to envision an 8-foot and 14-foot pizza! Here's one that measured 130-feet.

I got as far as to figure it would be the same problem whether the pizza was 8' or 8''. I'm pretty sure that's as far as I'll get.

Okay Silvergal, try this. The 8'' pizza sells for $ 3.99 at my favorite pizza store. The store claims they have a great deal on the large 14'' pizza, which is specially priced at $ 9.78. What is the per cent discount the store is offering?

Heidi, The '0' birthdays are special.
We have new neighbours and they want to change the floor tiles. They will be jack hammering today so I might go to lawn bowls (and bowl one handed) so escape the noise. Cute little girl, but Shosho, I am sure it is not one of Wagdy's twin grand daughters.
