Hopefully my avatar will have changed to one of me with 3 of my granddaughters for Mother's Day.

A note of humiliation, today before the 5K race, I lost the parking lot, mind you I remembered exactly where my car was but someone stole the parking lot! Then after the race I remembered what street I parked on, ML King Blvd not Vermont (which I got a terrific warm up walking up and down that street several blocks long! Maybe that's why I'm not aching right now.?.?
