Thanks Eve, just got back on to the site and noticed your comment. Its convinced me that I really want to do more marathons, especially combining it with travel to provide an excuse to see lots more places.

How did you pull up today after the run Chris?

Much better than yesterday Broni, I can even take the steps two at a time this evening and that's a major improvement! I'm amazed, no joint paid, feet are fine, just a little muscle soreness. A couple of reds (glasses, not bottles) tonight with dinner may also be helping!

Been snoozing and snoring in front of the TV, so I guess that means I should go to bed. Goodnight!!!
