Do I credit a mention in the Guinness Book of Records?
I just completed an IKEA flat pack, unaided, except for 2 screwdrivers, in 34 minutes start to finish and had NO bits left over except the allan key.

Peter - I shall be there - last home game.
GO THE FORCE! The donkey as Jaz says is one "%&*# Talented Donkey", with three legs and one eye it may be able to kick a penalty better than Giteau on a woeful day...

Well done GannieMo - I usually have enough parts left over to build another one.

Billy, what did the donkey do with the spare blue shoe? Or did he only wear 2 and go naked on the third foot?

I am procrastinating. I should be sorting out my desk, clearing away winter clothes to make way for summer ones, hunting dust bunnies and a million other highly interesting things. But I find myself here, why is that? Is it the scintilating company? The mind stretching discussion? Or am I having a lazy day?

Mo - it depends whether you built a wastepaper basket or a house, if it's the latter, then 34 mins would be a GBofR...well done! re the donkey..the spare shoe is a phn shoe, silly...with bling, although jaz would probably have other ideas...

Billy - I built a LEKSVIK.
None the wiser?
It is a wooden bench with 8 compartments beneath for shoes.
This makes removing shoes and donning slippers by the entrance a much more pleasurable experience, and hopefully will stop the trend to walk through the house in outside muddy footwear. More...

Mo - only 8 compartments? won't you need more than one LEKSVIK? or is the STRIKT the add-on to the LEKSVIK...gee, Mo, do you feel like a swede? I do, we're practically talking swedish here...

eaa - I am glad you saw the shuttle this evening, I also saw it very clearly

Mo - Your LEKSVIK sounds perfect for the timeout bench at the Brumbies v Force game.

Kathy,
Thanks for the wongerful bandage for after eating the pocket-knife starter. I have spent all day devising a way to use the bandage to cover a laceration in the stomach. What you do is use a pair of tongs pushed down the throat and then seal it firmly inplace with a knitting needle with its point beaten out flat.

Billy, this LEKSVIK is for everyday dirty shoes such as used for dog walking, gardening etc., and to store slippers whilst you are wearing the above. Should you wear shoes of a better quality i.e. Tap dancing shoes, patent crocs, or 4 inch stilleto heeled Jimmy Choo's. These would be removed from More...

Sad isn't it Mo. But, sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind - and I only mentioned it as it's not too late to take some classes, meditate, see a counsellor ...or whatever it takes to turn your life around.
