I missed yesterday's puzzle, but today's was certainly a no-brainer. Which is fine with me because I am still recuperating from the weekend. Purrrrrrrrrrrr.....

Only if she rinses with some mountain fresh Downy, it will help with the cat food breath.

Shannon, I heard there was a bomb scare in Paris. Has this got something to do with the new law that women are no longer allowed to wear veils in public? When in Rome...

I wonder if André has seen my Johnny Depp photo yet...wonderful feet the man's got there, and those hands...well, coming out in a sweat just imagining!

It would be nice if we could 'grow a set' here and stop catering to all the special interest groups who want things the way they had it at home. Excuse me, but if it was so great there then why are you here? I cannot imagine moving to say Italy and then demanding they print everything in English for my convenience. I can't speak French, but that was my problem in Paris to deal with not theirs.

How right Shannon - I mean I don't have a hissy fit just because I can't buy haggis here, do I?

Wait, what? I must go check it out, you know what they say about the size of a man's...cold shower, paging Shannon.

Yes, Shannon, I was happy that Nadal won. I'm just sorry we didn't get a Nadal/Federer faceoff!

Fortunately, the French have too much class to allow haggis in their country, Fiona. LOL

Save the hissy fits for bannocks or a nice Scottish ale.

I can make bannocks Shannon, haggis is more complicated for the lack to knowing how to strip a sheep of its stomach. I should have married a farmer.

Jane, you just happen to have this at your fingertips?!? I love the "it's okay to satisfy the occasional craving, but you shouldn't make it a staple..." Who exactly is craving cat food?

Thing II apparently.
Thanks Jane, nice to know the girl is getting one good meal today. Feeding her minced fish right now. How she eats this stuff and the other one too is beyond me.
Off to pick up Thing I.

Life Lesson for the day...

WHAT CAUSES ARTHRITIS????

A drunk man who smelled like beer sat down on a subway next to a priest.

The man's tie was stained, his face was plastered with red lipstick, and a half-empty bottle of gin was sticking out of his torn coat pocket.

A man walked into his backyard one morning and found there was a gorilla in a tree. He called a gorilla-removal service, and soon a serviceman arrived with a stick, a Chihuahua, a pair of handcuffs and a shotgun.

Plants that are dependent on bats for pollination include bananas, dates, figs, cashews, avocados, saguaros, organ pipes, century plants, cloves, mangoes, breadfruit, carob, kapok, and almost every tropical night-blooming species, including the mescal plant. That’s right - without bats, there would be no tequila!
