Been away a few days. This was just the kind of puzzle I like, 1-9 and quick. I never time, so I don't know how quick, but those are fun to do.

Actually, I agree with you for the most part. We watch, Dancing with the Stars, most of the time, American Idol when it doesn't conflict with another program. They are pretty entertaining. And More...

I enjoy many of the reality tv programs, might as well see the real thing instead of some contrived soapie.
actually I enjoy a wide variety of tv programming and love to channel surf so that I dont have to watch advertising and can follow more than one program at a time ...... lucky I have my own tv to do this on and play on the pooter at the same time.

Hmmm. Cellos rule? I have a slightly different feeling about that.
Whilst I was very pleased when my D#1 wanted to join the band at our tiny country school back when we lived in South Australia, I was not so happy when I realised she ended up with the cello! I didn't really love lugging that thing back and forth to school each day!

Angie: Thanks for the additional info! I had looked up 'canola' on the 'net, after our tour thru Canada a few years ago. We had been fascinated by the seemingly endless fields of it, but didn't know what it was. It was a rather smarmy webpage that seemed to enjoy telling what the original name of 'canola' was...

We have three tv for the two of us...and I barely watch tv.

And I've updated my avatar to reflect the current weather conditions. It is supposed to warm up again for the weekend, but after going from 82F yesterday to 32F today, it is depressing. Come on, Spring!!!!!

We only have 2 TVs at our place - mine and theirs. We do have MIL's old tv on the floor of the study waiting to go to my mums place as a spare for her bedroom.

Gail -do you have a tv in every room? or do you have more than one tv per room? 8 tvs!!! I'm stunned.

Fiona, sorry about your wrist. It usually takes a great deal of force to dislocate a joint. Hope it feels better soon.

Fiona, any kind of injury is no fun, but learning to adjust when something's injured that you constantly want to be using ... I like CG's strategy of ambidextrous glass hoisting ... share the burden, or double the fun, or some such.

rosemary, I'm in the same boat about the Health and Fitness page. In this case, no news is not good news.
