I just came back from listening to jazz at the Ottawa Jazz Festival, and I saw the flyover by the Snowbirds (Canadian Air Force flying team) while I was there. Awesome spectacle!

mum came through her operation okay even though they could not do the spinal block and it was slightly more complicated. recovery will be slow as the strength in her upper leg is limited and rehab will be a long process.
