After nearly 3 weeks away from the computer and missing all of you (and the puzzles), I'm back! My apologies for not acknowledging all those who celebrated birthdays or anniversaries or joined our ranks while I was away. Thinking of you, Marylinn, as you work through the day. Prayers and positive thoughts to you and others having difficult times.

A drop bear (or dropbear ) is a fictional Australian marsupial said to be related to the koala . Drop bears are commonly said to be unusually large, vicious, carnivorous koalas that inhabit treetops and attack their prey by dropping onto their heads from above. [1] They are an example of More...

I had signed up to do the flowers for church for Memorial Day Weekend (this weekend), then was asked if I would do the food for after church. I had an idea in mind of making a dessert in the shape of America (have some pans) and mix a couple of recipies together to make a flag in the pans. Then I More...

Just posted the Cheese Freeze recipie on the Recipie Forum page. If I lose it again, I have a secondary place to look. The way this week is going, who knows what next.

While I have made all 3 desserts, decoratively combining them will be the test for the "non-artistic".

Actually, (and this is really true), I have heard that vegemite is a very good 'mud pack' for the ladies. I read an article on it in a magazine some time ago. The gist of it was that vegemite is packed with vitamins that are good for your skin. Whether or not you are up to trying it, is another matter altogether.

vegemite is a wonderful source of vitamins BUT you dont spread it like peanut butter! just a thin layer of it on buttered toast.

Hi Rosemary
How is Wangaratta tonight??
Its cold here in Port.

Vegemite is brilliant on toast the morning after the night before as it is a great source of vitamin B, which is depleted when imbibing...not that I would know, of course!
