G'day mates. Here's todays daffynition:
Antinatter: Chats with Mum;s sisters.
And here's today's factoid:
The ant can lift 50 times its own weight, can pull 30 times its own weight and always falls over on its right side when intoxicated.

A Thought For The Day:

You spend the first 2 years teaching your children how to walk and talk. Then you spend the next 16 years telling them to sit down and shut-up.

The only time I studied ants was as a young child with a magnifying glass on a hot day. They smell funny roasted.

Drunk ants? Who'd do that and why? Welllll....
I had, (I repeat, had) a brother-in-law who had two college degrees who studied ants - but delivered newspapers as a profession. He even went to the Amazon to collect ants. Go figure!
(I don't think he served any of them alcohol, though!)

He's an ex-brother-in-law now. I kind of admired his ant infatuation, but my sister supported his 'habit' for 25 years. He had to file for Social Security retirement benefits through my sister's employment record.

Sorry for the delay. I ran out of time for the preschool run and had some errands to run while I was out.

On a beautiful spring day in the park, there were five female cats walking together. Up ahead, there were five males walking together. When the two groups met, there were five cupids More...

I am trying to use less stuff today, so far I have used the coffee pot and the nature call appliance.

& I'll announce that Serena told me next week is wide open for people to volunteer to offer a puzzle. With Thanksgiving guests taking up the end of the week for me, I'll volunteer for Monday. Monday will be Vowel Movement day.

Today's picture makes a fun jigsaw. Often I assemble purely on piece shape, but today's picture allows many subject matter clues, which I like better.

And wouldn't you know it! I won't be home tomorrow until late in the afternoon. I hope I have time to disembowel Hal.
Monday is iffy, too. I may not have time to do a vowel movement. Wait. That didn't come out right.
