everyone!
I know, I know... You'd never think I'd be saying, "Where's the snow?" , but it's 60°F (15 °C) this morning! THAT'S very unusual for this time of year.

It's funny how by the time the real USA dates finally roll around, Sudokuland has left us behind. But today is my real 27th anniversary. Thank you all for your well wishes.

Plum... At least the tractor incident didn't actually happen on your anniversary. How has that played out? Is it 'gone but not forgotten'? Or fixable?

Had you heard that at the time of Creation, God promised women that good and ideal husbands
would be found in all corners of the world.
And then He made the earth round.

Theologically holey (as opposed to holy) but a good chuckle.

Happy Anniversary Plum... perhaps you could shed light on the truth or otherwise of the above joke :)

Memories are wonderful to have, Eve, but unfortunately they never seem enough to replace them. You cherish them all the same.

Good Morning all. Warm and raining in Motown. Going to 67 today in Michigan in November! Crazy weather.

Wow Dorthea - you may have some comments to make about those ideal husbands too :)

Shiela, it's hopefully fixable. There's a "tractor club" that meets weekly a few barns down. If there's an inexpensive way to fix what ails the poor thing, they'll figure it out. (They won't do the repair work, but they'll talk Burl's ear off with good advice. )

Thanksgiving week is here! Leah will be home Wednesday night for the weekend!

Here is a question we are facing - input would be appreciated. My brother-in-law and his family are living in Cumbaya, Ecuador, close to Quito, for a year and they want my wife and the girls to More...

fii, as you know (theologically), there are exactly as many good and ideal women as there are good and ideal men.

Romans 3:23

Proverbs 27:17
(which is why you always want to keep the sparks flying in your marriage!)

Hi fii (and all the girls),

Of course, God promised women that 'good and ideal husbands would be found in all corners of the world'.

This proves that God is a woman, and she changed her mind (no surprises there).

I may need my skates on...

But probably not - what did I say to offend anyone?

Women don't change their minds, they just take their time working out which is the best decision.

Oh yeah, the puzzle:
Apparently, the puzzle was tougher than I thought. There were just a few answers submitted and only three were correct. Congratulations and a tip of the hat to Judy (SD), Broni and The Phantom.
