HI all! Hi girls! Oh sorry HalT didn't see you there!
It's the end of the world as we know it...and in your goodie bag you now have someone to keep you company and some form of transport. Today you get to add something to listen to - could be a song, piece of music etc. You may have to listen to More...

Why didn't I add Andrea Bocelli to my bag when I had the chance???
Guess I'll take a collection of his CD's with me!

That's an easy one, Fiona. I'd like a CD of the sounds of nature. Ocean waves crashing on the shore, a bubbling mountain brook, birds tweeting (not the twitter kind), wind rustling the leaves, etc.

Cheetah Saga.
Learned this morning, I am not loosing my mind, yet. Stopped by a teacher's room this morning, who lives out here and asked if she has seen it. She said, it is freaking her out. She also said, that another teacher, who has land out here, has also talked about it.

Fiona, Man has threatened to hide my Air Supply CD. Now, how in the world do I just pick one song?

Serena - I was not as quick as you...a real slow poke today.
Fiona - I can't think of any music I wouldn't get tired of listening to if I had to listen to it over and over. I do love Andrea Bocelli, like Shiela, though.

Mommy Tale.
I believe in child labor, and Thing II, has her responsibilities, which she takes very serious. Her chore is to make sure Shelby and the cats have food each morning, after we return from school. Since, she is 3, I have a tendency, to make sure she is feeding the cats, and not eating More...

Oh, after two weeks of trying, I am finally getting my teacher/parent conference.

My darlings grades for Math are not adding up. The papers I have seen, have been 3 papers with 100 on them, and one with a 97, but the grade popping up on the computer says her Math average is 77. Now, you all More...

Oh, Karen! I had backstage pass to 'Air Supply' once!
Graham Russell actually picked me up - physically - to get a photo! ( Faint, melt, swoon, etc. ) He was so tall and I'm short so we wouldn't have fit in the same photo together if he hadn't!

Little boy won candyland. Fine by me since we get to skip the tears and the prerecorded speech about how winning isn't everything.

I'm packing a harp and harp player.

OH, Shiela--isn't that a song?

I could listen to this CD over and over and over, but I could not tell you what this group looks like.
On our last trip, it took us 4 hours to get there, Man tried his best to switch CD's or even a radio station. It did not work.

I never tire of Beethoven's 9th Symphony. It has avery special meaning for me and can pull me out of the deepest depression.... like it did when I was 13 years old and contemplating suicide. The Ode To Joy makes me cry my heart out with it's beauty.

Wow. Just read the news about Liz. She had posted on FB awhile ago that she had had tests and ''no nasties'' were found. How very sad.
