As long as you didn't go A over T

saylz:
An A over a T would make a nice company logo - for a crashing bank for example

Hope you don't have to explain that expression, saylz.

Yes. You should have seen the Manchester United supporters in Italy the other day. They lost to the Italian police who beat them up with long truncheons. Much more fun than the game. There was constant warfare in the stands the whole game. I am pleased to say that United lost by 2 goals to nil.

- the fans must all be gay - after all it is gays that traditionally get beaten up by the police.

I thought they got hugged and kissed by the Italian police. But I do like the idea of the bank logo.

I wonder if Gail is still in hiding?
29/May/09 8:32 PM
 |  |

Does Gail really look like that?
No I don't think so - but a newby would be terrified by that 'Hound of the Baskervilles' appearance.
"No wonder she has gone into hiding" - they will be saying to themselves.

For a moment there I wondered to what you were referring, Rayray, but having scrolled back, I now understand.
How is the back pain today?
My vertigo is bad probably because I took off the collar!
29/May/09 9:09 PM
 |  |

Thanks for enquiring of the pain. It is relatively better so I can tolerate the pain without painkillers - just. However I am going to have it checked out by a doctor late this afternoon. It may get worse agin over the weekend.
I am sorry about your vertigo. I'll ask my doctor about it - More...

I do NOT look like that...all the time!

I was hiding in that room Karen does not like us to talk about doing that other thing that is a no-no.
BTW The salmon was delightful.

Strange place to eat salmon instead of doing a no-no, Gail !

mmmm gives me an idea I have some salmon in the freezer, maybe tonight....

Now how was I supposed to tag you in there. You'll just have to open up a new membership^as your second home( I mean if British politicians can do it). Or haven't you heard about the scandals in UK parliament.
I also wonder if they would find similar goings on in other governments

I have just seen an ad for round trip travel from the US to Oz ranging from $560 (California) to $720 (NYC) round trip on Qantas.

Not long home from the main celebration for 4T's 18th. A nice dinner was enjoyed by all, then I left first to bring home the grandsons to bed and dropping a nephew home on the way so that his mum could go out partying with 4T and Girlfriend, both daughters and SILs, a friend of daughter No 2 and More...

I was in Jacksonville for my quarterly Costco-shopping-trip yesterday and came back to find seven pages of comments!!! I'm sorry I missed the hen party for Billy, but it looks like there was good representation! I enjoyed the ongoing discussion of where the site has been and is heading and think More...

Oops! I mean "his" name, weight or serial number. I do believe we've determined Jill's baby is a boy, right?
29/May/09 11:29 PM
 |  |

Those "do the math" people (which leaves out Kathy) believe it may be a boy (from references to the statistics on the forum), but we're awaiting confirmation from Jill. Officially we know nothing yet but that mother and baby are coming home from the hospital today and that they were trying to stay warm.

The clues given point that way, Jane.
