Jerry, I cheat... Alpo actually makes a Prime Rib dinner for dogs. I mix it in their kibble. Sometimes I do cook up freezer burned meat for them, though. It's perfectly safe for consumption. My collies are spoiled, but not THAT spoiled.

Mt. McKinley on a rare day! The August I visited there was only one clear day in the whole month when you could see the mountain. It gathers all the clouds from miles around.

Don't worry, Elise, you've met me and my hubby, but when word gets around that Port Macquarie is such a lovely place, they'll be flocking to meet you - it's only 10kms or so off the Pacific Highway, and worth the detour.
Cafe 66 will be rocking!!
I've met 9 from Sudokuland so far, I think, and had a ball each time. More to come I hope, especially if I get to WA soon. Have a good day all.

Hello Mary - 1966 was when we changed to decimal currency. That wasn't when we changed to metric measurements and weights. I think that was sometime in the 1970's. I could be wrong but I'm sure someone else will know.
