Mamacita's dear husband, Sully died suddenly after surgery. May he rest in peace.

Mamacita, my deepest condolences. As a widower, I know there is there is nothing I can say at this moment except that we stand with you in your hour of sorrow.

And Mamacita, I'm even more sorry. I submitted that comment after I'd read he was doing well on page one. I've only got to page 2 now. I feel devastated. I am so sorry about Sully. for 2 reasons

Appy - I found that story about the silk maps fascinating and Kate has backed it up by actually having one. Ingenious - and all without modern technology!

Mamacita - I'm so sorry to hear about Sully. All my hopes are with you. I lost my husband in 04 and I still cry. Now I'll cry with you.

Mamacita, I read your first post earlier and was quite shocked when I came back later and saw the sad news.
I am not good at expressing my feelings but feel for you as you are part of our family and my feelings are the same as if you were a close friend I had known all my life.

Thought I'd stop in for a quick visit before I head off to bed and I'm in absolute shock. It doesn't seem possible that Mamacita's dear Sully is gone. How fragile life is. This morning we were celebrating his recovery. It just doesn't seem possible.

I had a nice lunch today with Kate from Sydney and Kate from Melbourne. We had some quiet moments thinking about Mamacita and her Sully.
