Thanks for the anniversary wishes, Kathy! Thank you to everyone! Hubby loved the 'frog' song! I told him it was especially for him from my friends on the Sudoku site! 06/May/15 12:15 AM |  |
 ( For Shosho!) How's your hubby doing? 06/May/15 12:16 AM |  |
Serena can find a comfy position and work the poozle. Wait. Did I say comfy? I don't imagine there is any such thing at this point. 06/May/15 12:20 AM |  |
Sure thing, Shiela! If your hubby is anything like mine, he has a difficult time comprehending my fondness for so many people I have never net. His comment when he met CP (and Sarah, Sarah Beth, Sue) when she visited here...''They really do exist!'' 06/May/15 12:26 AM |  |
Good morning people of the world. 06/May/15 12:27 AM |  |
This is just to help Serena along. 06/May/15 12:28 AM |  |
Never net? MET! I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow at 10, so the new puzzle and the winners for today will be posted later in the day. 06/May/15 12:31 AM |  |
Shiela, somehow I missed your anniversary, sorry. I read back and noticed when I missed. Way too much work for such a special occasion, though the eating out, was great.Congratulations to you and Mr. Shiela. 06/May/15 12:31 AM |  |
Man and I noticed something new this morning. Which is a shocker, since we do have 25 years behind us. It was nice though to have something new and strange feeling. 06/May/15 12:33 AM |  |
We realized that in all these years, we have never sat, before one of us had to run off to work, and had coffee. It was not thrilling, I was catching up on the events of the night and he read the paper. But it was nice to do it together. 06/May/15 12:37 AM |  |
Not sure if I can take this togetherness every morning. I have schedules and routines to keep to and he has nearly 2 hours before he leaves after we shove the darlings out the door. 06/May/15 12:40 AM |  |
Not sure if I like him home in the evenings either. Last night had the girls ready to jump into bed by 8 o'clock. He decided to take my freshly cleaned, ready for bed darlings outside. Then they were too wound up to go instantly asleep, when they did get into bed. Which means whine was served with breakfast this morning. 06/May/15 12:44 AM |  |
Did not help matters, that I tried burning down the house this morning and then to top it off one girl did not ask for French toast, she wanted yogurt. Aggghh, that would have saved me a few minutes and the thick smoke in the house, that open doors, windows and fans on high. 06/May/15 12:46 AM |  |
 Well, I am running out of time. 06/May/15 12:48 AM |  |
 Gallump. 06/May/15 12:48 AM |  |
 There you go dear. 06/May/15 12:49 AM |  |
 Missed by that much! 06/May/15 12:50 AM |  |
 Up because I can't sleep. 06/May/15 12:51 AM |  |
Karen, just tell him if he is going to ignore your schedule for the girls, it will be HIS job to get them to bed and to sleep. Then stick to it! 06/May/15 12:52 AM |  |
But I'm having a cup of hot milk and will get into bed again shortly. 06/May/15 12:52 AM |  |
CP, the only thing that works for me is to read until I get sleepy again. Luckily, it doesn't usually take too long and with the lighted Kindle, it doesn't disturb hubby so I don't have to leave the bedroom. Another reason I love my Kindle. 06/May/15 1:12 AM |  |
Kathy, you are so funny.Man is not into routines or schedules. His mom, let them go till they dropped, and where they dropped is where they stayed till it was time to get up. How they made it through school baffles my brain cell.He did say the girls were a little overwhelming this morning. I doubt seriously telling him more sleep would help morning routine a whole lot. 06/May/15 1:50 AM |  |
We will adjust and I will continue to fight for a proper bedtime. I have hope that my entire strict up bringing, was not entirely bad and his fly by the seat of pants is not good for our growing girls. Somehow, we will figure out how to mess to two different styles together without ruining our little darlings, too much. We have only been doing this for 8 years, so there is hope. I hope. 06/May/15 1:54 AM |  |
Reading yesterday's comments, I think I do not know what being induced means. And I don't know what was done to me. I do remember being told, 'There will be a slight discomfort.' Then the urge to knock the poop out of that man who said those darn words. I still have dreams of doing the same to him. 06/May/15 1:57 AM |  |
Karen, the non scientific nutshell of induction is medicine to make your body go into labor. 06/May/15 2:05 AM |  |
My big issue with induction is that at my prenatal classes for Elijah gave us the ''risks of induction'' lecture and it stuck with me. Pretty much greater chance of c-section, harder contractions, longer labor, etc. The irrational part is that Elijah was induced 5 weeks early. I went 8 More... 06/May/15 2:08 AM |  |

I had drugs but nothing like that happened to me. No, what that sadist mad did, went to a place no man should ever go and said, 'Slight discomfort,' then there was more than a slight discomfort, then a flood of relief, then pain, then they gave me the best stuff in the world, even though More... 06/May/15 2:12 AM |  |
Everybody. It's Cinco de Mayo Day (May 5th) up here, so most people will have Mexican food to eat today. Not me! I forgot what day it is when I planned sweet and sour cabbage with fresh bratwurst for tonight with my brother coming over. 06/May/15 2:52 AM |  |
 helloooo Elias 06/May/15 3:12 AM |  |
Good afternoon to all! It looks like Elias also likes that Spring has finally sprung! 06/May/15 3:31 AM |  |
Keith, re: your comment about Star Wars - May the 4th be with you. Yesterday on our Canadian Parliament Hill, the Carillion bells played the Star Wars theme music. It was quite a surprise! 06/May/15 3:35 AM |  |
Since I may not get back to it, I sent Kathy a VERY partial attempt at her puzzle. 06/May/15 3:37 AM |  |
