3 painters.Three artists would do the trick. This is because twenty-four artists would paint twenty-four models in two and a half hours. Since the available time increases eight-fold (2.5 * 8 = 20), it is possible to reduce the number of painters by the same number of times (24 / 8 = 3).

Good to hear Shiela - 10°C is a terrific temperature for running (we've had quite a few days like that lately and luckily I've just been able to start training again.)

Hubby started running after I ran a few races. I used to win medals. Even came in 3rd overall woman in a race! I quit a few years ago when I sprained my ankle hiking in the Smoky Mountains. I miss running, but it took 7 years to finally heal - Thus, I've become very protective.

all. Shiela, we would love to get back to the "Big House" sometime. And would love to see some autumn colors, too! It's very ugly here in FL today - lots of rain ruined our plans to play some mixed doubles tennis this morning. So here I sit at my computer.

GannieMo - wouldn't it be something if we were both in Tasmania at the same time? Your comment about being there at Easter 2005 inspired me to go find Rob's journal from our trip. Easter that year was March 27. We arrived in Tasmania on April 6 & were there through April 11. Do you remember your itinerary for the 3 weeks you were there?

Good Maen, all! Sorry you were rained out of your tennis, Kathy. I played in a "Sangria round robin (minus the sangria) yesterday afternoon, and it looked like it was going to rain any second, but it held off, fortunately! As top scorer, I won a free racquet restringing. Yay! I think I'm long past due. My racquet is 4 or 5 years old, and it's never been restrung!!

Jane - your avatar inspired me to change to the one you designed a couple of years ago for our Halloween party down-under.
I can't believe you haven't had your racquet restrung in so long. When I was playing actively, I would have mine restrung 2 to 4 times a year. I needed mine tight enough to help me place my shots...needed accuracy more than power.
