 Keith - I always knew skin diving as when one used tanks and without tanks as snorkeling. |  |
 From the little I read, it looked like with tanks was being refered to as scuba diving while without but with fins, mask and snorkel was called skin diving, but perhaps I should read further. I was wondering if like the footy, soccer, football confusion, there were different terms in different countries for the same thing. |  |
