Plum, your enthusiastic orchid is only another example of how Mother Nature's children are so tuned to when they should begin a new year of growth. Although I have a confused Thanksgiving/Christmas cactus which has just now begun to bloom - no complaints though! 12/Mar/18 3:37 AM |  |
My Christmas Cactus is blooming right now too! Maybe they're trying to tell us something? 12/Mar/18 4:32 AM |  |

The messages I have received thus far indicate that I should remove the St. Patrick's Day Puzzle I posted yesterday and submit it instead as a joke, so I will do that! I will post the questions and answers separately, so that you can try to work them out if you wish! 12/Mar/18 6:23 AM |  |
Joyce and Jacalmi - we call the ones that bloom in spring Easter cactuses. I've even seen one variety that was blooming in late summer! Just name it for the closest holiday. Not a good one to do 1->9, still managed 1:44 though. Good morning everyone on a nice slow holiday Monday morning. For a change I haven't hopped up and gone for a run, resting after running a reasonably hard half marathon yesterday morning. 12/Mar/18 8:17 AM |  |
