welcome back, pleased you had a nice holiday, but it is always so good to get back home.

Marilea & Rosemary
Thank you for the welcome back.
We had a very nice time. I guess someday soon I should unpack all our luggage--or maybe save it for next vacation? That would be a neat idea don't you think? Have clothes that are just for vacation and leave them packed all the time.

Would like to see Ed come back---are you reading this Ed? And where is harley? And Ian?

Beehive----gee I go away and you get thrown out. When I was here running over your stinger with my tractor it kept you under control--sort of.

It is so nice when everyone gets along.

I am hoping after school starts I will still have time to read the posts. I WILL have time for the puzzles.
We start back August 1st! Yikes that is not far away.

What a cute kitty...absolutely adorable face!
 |  |
Well there it is multiple posts again.
I am off to play hearts and maybe online chess. See you all in the morning. It is 10:33pm in the Eastern US but for us it is still the 12th.
Good night.

One more thought on the whole marriage thing: Keith I think you are right about having to have chemistry..which is intangible and hard to quantify. Also for everyone giving kudos to the cooking dinner stuff: my ex to be does most of the cooking and grocery shopping, takes out the garbage, etc etc. More...

....and thank you Marilea for not stirring.

Nal - did you get my e-mail? I have been hoping to hear back from you. How is your Mom? How are your daughter's wedding plans coming?

Nan from left coast usa - Just wanted to let you know that I actually remembered to think of you on your retirement day, June 19. Bet you couldn't help More...

Rosemary - thank you for sending me the pictures from the Melbourne Sudoku get together. I had to ask Mel which one was you! Everyone looked like they weree having a good time. Where was the get together held?
Carol from Punta Gorda - I'd be up for a get together in Florida. How about at a More...
 |  |
Suzanne - would you e-mail me some of the pictures from your get together with Linda. Ed said you two had a great time together.

Ed & Judy - where are you??? Hope I'll see some posts from you two soon. I am worried about Barbaro & am sure you are, too, Ed.

Kathy: I am here now, but I've been out all day! It is so good to see you posting again ... hm-m-m ... I posted 8 times to begin my resurgence ... you have 13 today!!!! Rock on!
 |  |
KEITH: I thoroughly enjoyed the description of your current marriage. You are BOTH lucky people!

TOOTIE FROM PA: Thanks for the daily People to People reports about your grandson. They make me VERY nostalgic for the years I led those groups, with my favorite tours ALL in OZ.

DAVE, thanks for the welcome back to the site. I'll do my best to hold up my end of the revelry. However, with mountains to climb and fish to catch, I am not hanging around my computer very much, so my visits will be sporadic. And this dial-up here at Mammoth is excrutiatingly slow! Good evening to you.

WARREN: Hm-m-m ... naked Sudoku. I'll give it my best on Friday, but I may have to have a robe handy. I'm in the forest, and my usual time to check the site is early in the morning. The laptop is by the window, and there is usually a parade of woodland critters at that time ... bears, More...

Yippee.

Welcome back, Judy, Kathy, and everyone else who was off. We miss you Ed. Count me in for Naked Sudoku Friday. My boys are gone to Philmont for 2 weeks. The dogs don't care what I wear.
 |  |
I am concerned not only for my customers on Naked Sudoku Friday but for my health! It can be anything from 1 - 8 degrees C here when I start work in the mornings. BRRR...

Suzanne and Judy, thanks for the kind words about my post. It is actually a better relationship than my words could convey. Lots of understanding and appreciation for whenever one helps the other...just the way it should be.

Kim, glad to see you're back. Hope the trip was fun. I remember More...

Oh, and ... Judy ... how early did you mean???

Hey Jude♪♪♪♪, now you're counting? Good to know that you have consideration for all of mother nature's young as they watch you. lol I can't take part because there is a mirror across from my pc and I don't want to look up and gross myself out....lol. Clothes really do a lot for old se xy women.(smiles all around ok, but no laughing out loud!)
 |  |
Is it just me or is it a little too friendly here without Beehive? lol
 |  |
Keith, Don't eat/sip the berriers by yourself...lets remember your friends and share a cup or two....or.....you get the idea
 |  |
About the Stottish Scrawberries...what's a punnett? And, what kind of honey has to be melted in the microwave? And are Scottish Strawberries different than ... say ... American strawberries? Otherwise, I think I got the recipe just right, at least, it is seeming more right all the time...
 |  |
& Mamacita, I've dished you up a cup. Come and get it.
 |  |
Thanks Keith, Be there shortly. Thank you!

In regards to communications in a relationship. I think each person has their way of communicating. My wife speaks around the topic unless she is upset. She assumed that I communicated as she did. I do not, I speak straight at the topic. It has taking awhile and will take longer for me to understand her and her me, but that is the price we are willing to pay to keep the relationship going.

Unc, sounds very positive to me. Each couple has to figure out and adjust to their own special chemistry. There...that time I think I spelled it right.
 |  |
Naked Sudoku? Description?....
Well worn, well washed,
Bit faded, bit jaded
Bit saggy, bit baggy
Few tears, few repairs
But .... extremely comfy

Keith from CA -
A punnet of strawberries is how they are sold in Australia - around 250g or half a pound. A small square about 5' x 2' high. Hope my imperial measurements are correct.

Jodi, I'm sorry you're missing beehive, but some of us like being nice to each other. It's kind of dull, but to us it feels good.
 |  |
Victoria, thanks very much. That explains a lot. Apparently I have a lot more whiskey to berries than I should have, but, somehow, it's been working out fine.
 |  |
Hi Everyone,

I've been busy on the jigsaw site today. I've added an archive page, so you can play with previous pictures. The captions are now displayed with the picture as well.

Keith, sounds yummy - save me some.
Is this Fi from NT (via Scotland) receipe from the other day?
 |  |
Gath, you do such great work. I've never thanked you publicly before. I have so much fun here. Many many thanks.
 |  |
Victoria, I can't remember who submitted it, but I did get it from here, so, it must be, from just a few days ago.
 |  |
Gath -- I would like add my thanks to Keith's (Keith/CA Thanks for reminding me.)

You have provided fun and education. I would not had the pleasure of reading comments, jokes, recipes, etal without this site. I enjoy the most the insights that I find here. How much many of us are alike More...
