Hi all. Good to see a Nal photo. I thought that many of you may be interested in this site http://www.caringbridge.org/ . I only found out about it today. It gives us a way to be compassionate even when we are not well ourselves as well as giving a voice to those of us who are ill or grieving.

Oh, my. I've been so busy again I've missed many days in a row and came back and found you've been playing a game. I got tagged so I went back and read everything through. Then I composed an answer and posted it -- to the wrong page. So will repost.

Ian, I have read the article you gave the link for, and I must say I am at a loss as to what is the answer for this issue. There are problems, there is no denying that, and most of those have been introduced by 'us'. Sometimes I think intervention is Draconian and big brotherish, but I fear the situation, as it is, is intolerable.

That's unfortunate, GMo, but you do have exactly 2 1/2.

Baz, I figured the situation was more than familiar to the people on this site. Was the article reasonably accurate and unbiased?

Gail, thanks. No need for you to share my attitude about a poor little word that can't defend itself. Or should I say, the word has "issues."
