Beautiful sunset picture today. Too bad the jigsaw part is distorted.

Hello? Anybody home?
17/Apr/13 12:02 AM

Well, THIS is a dull sort of entertainment.

Back to bed, then.

Good morning people of the world.

National Library Day

I agree with Heidi. That is a beautiful picture.

Hi shosho.

Don't tell Elijah it's National Library day. He's been trying to go for a few days. He reads so fast, we might as well live there.
17/Apr/13 12:07 AM
 |  |

Oh, Heidi, how I would love to go back to bed.
But each time, I think we are coming to a close in the packing, I turn around and wonder where in the world did all this stuff come from.

Oh, I am with Elijah, I could live there too.

With this packing thing going, Man is learning how many books I have, not to mention the girls books.

I think we could start our own library or book store with all the books we have. I periodically pass some on but they seem to multiply. It's not like toys. I can say no to toy requests. I have a hard time with book requests.

Some of my students were working at or running in the marathon. So far all seem ok. No doubt, though, some will have friends or family that were victims. Terrible nasty nonsense.

Chris, if you make it for next years marathon, let me know!

Bad thing about packing, Man is learning all my habits and hobbies.
Would you believe, he put a box of books on the trailer that is going to my step-father's?
He also, has learned more my coupon addiction. Now, I am not a hoarder, but I do have fast moving items, in stock.

Dreary here, with droplets of rain. Hubby is home sick, a rarity, so I'm shuttling between my office and the sick room, with my third eye on the contractor, who's scraping away at gunk on the wall. At least the cats are happy, bunking in with their daddy. I can see I'll get a lot of work done today ...

Jamie, I am afraid my girls, may think you are Gus, or that Gus is coming, to our meet.

Which is just two days away.
17/Apr/13 12:18 AM
 |  |

Cathy, that is way too much going on all at once. All major issues on their own.
17/Apr/13 12:27 AM

everyone!

More horrible news about the marathon this morning. I feel so badly for the runners and their families, to say nothing of the innocent by-standers.....what a tragedy. Again.

I gave M a box, so she could pack her things. She is such a great helper.

Unfortunately, she is packing rocks, from the drive-way. When I told here we would have rocks at the new place, she responded, 'But Mom, these are my friends.'

Right time.
17/Apr/13 12:31 AM

I wonder why the jigsaws have that problem occasionally?

17/Apr/13 12:31 AM

Ah well.
17/Apr/13 12:32 AM
 |  |

Darn it! Sorry, Keith! I wasn't watching.
17/Apr/13 12:32 AM
 |  |

Well, guess, I should go help her pack. We are running low on boxes, and M wants to pack another box. We have a very long drive-way.

When will I learn????
17/Apr/13 12:34 AM

all!

I was watching and still missed it. The number was 17, when I posted.

Whoever gets it deserves it ... at least for that day.

Off I go to find something poozling for today........
17/Apr/13 12:43 AM

Here we go!

f you throw me from the window,
I will leave a grieving wife.
Bring me back, but in the door, and
You'll see someone giving life!

What am I?

This is several days in a row that the jigsaw associated with the 'easy' Sudoku has been distorted. I wish they'd fix it because they've been great pictures.

Happy Tuesday!
I was very relieved to hear from my 2 friends that ran the Boston Marathon--both they and their families are fine, but were still close to the explosions.
So sad that there are such sick people that caused so much death and destruction on Patriots Day...
