G'day mates. Here's today's daffynition:
lightheaded — Halo effect.

...and here's today's factoid:
The halo has been widely used in Indian art, particularly in Buddhist iconography where it has appeared since at least the 1st century AD; the Kushan Bimaran casket in the British Museum is dated 60AD (at least between 30BC and 200AD).

Little inch worms are invading today.
M keeps bringing them to me, and I keep finding them on my desk. It took a lot of talking, but I finally got M to take them outside, instead of keeping them as friends.

Oh, dear. One of the worms broke in half. My darling put it outside, so it can grow bigger.

Great photo.
Daffodils and hyacinths are up in the garden. Lawn was mowed on Sunday and the patio fountain cleaned out. Almost time to haul the patio furniture out of the garage, now that the contractor has cleared his things out. Plenty of work still ahead for us.
