Good Morning. Can't stay long today. I have to go to kindergarten and host Jesus's Birthday Party today. My kids inform me that there are 6 more days until Christmas. I hope everyone enjoys the last several days of preparation. 20/Dec/07 12:02 AM |  |

even though it cold and snow is on the ground - I can see myself in my canoe - paddling down this stretch of water - singing to myself - my paddles clean and bright, flashing with silver - swift as the wild geese fly, dip dip and swing. Thanks for the memory and the trip. mary 20/Dec/07 12:06 AM |  |
okay, I do have to confess - as I visited the welcome page and the Birthday page - I was handing out the Liqueur Cake - amaretto one - that I picked up for my bowling buds..... 20/Dec/07 12:09 AM |  |

4:05 but watching tv at the same time. Nice picture, too bad they have to be square, I'd lke to see more. Gotta go start my Christmas cards (late again!), finish my shopping, do some volunteer stuff at daughter's elem. school, and of course the never-ending laundry. See ya later! 20/Dec/07 12:53 AM |  |
mymare, send some of that cake this way. 20/Dec/07 1:01 AM |  |
all, my U-tube - is a classic video entitled "I BELIEVE". It was a RED SKELTON Christmas Special co-staring VINCENT PRICE. A laugh , a smile and the Holiday Spirit . 20/Dec/07 1:06 AM |  |
Billy, love, you saved my life! I was beginning to truely feel a part of the forgotten generation. Someone stashed away out of sight out of mind where the younger set can go about their business and not be bothered. I was bewildered by the prospect of enjoying linty chocolate only as a result of More... 20/Dec/07 1:30 AM |  |

Good morning Just got up. Over slept again. Fell alseep with a book in my hand and woke up with the lights on. Pretty river. Nice place to read. 20/Dec/07 2:05 AM |  |
Good morning all - the start of a full day of watching the kids take my final!! I try to tell them that this is my easiest week of the whole year. 20/Dec/07 2:11 AM |  |
2:20 Hi to all. A peaceful shot. Thought for the Day: My grandmother is over eighty and still doesn't need glasses. Drinks right out of the bottle! 20/Dec/07 2:20 AM |  |
André, granny is my kind of woman! I see Gus has joined us! Hi Gus!Mary, if you're sharing the cake, I'd like a piece! 20/Dec/07 2:26 AM |  |
Andre - I tryed that, but the box is hard to reach standing up, and if I sit on the floor I can't get back up. 20/Dec/07 2:39 AM |  |
Regressed back to a bottle has she? With or without a rubber nipple? Drinking straight out of a bottle is tricky. You've got to be damned sure what bottle you've got a hold of. At least take a good whiff of what you're about to drink before commiting yourself. 20/Dec/07 2:39 AM |  |
I'd guess Rio Grande River in the Big Bend area of Texas. Anybody know? 20/Dec/07 2:40 AM |  |
Jamie & all. It's funny you said that about teachers liking the part where they just watch the kids take their finals. My husband (who only taught H.S. for one year!) just told me the same thing yesterday. So guess this is a good way for you to spend your REAL birthday! Hope your kids do well for you - I know you do well for them. 20/Dec/07 2:40 AM |  |
Let's just say I'm over the half-century mark, and I had to crawl on the ice today to get the trash out. I slid the bag on the ice, and it went all the way to can on it's own, good thing! 20/Dec/07 2:48 AM |  |
Just wondering who all in Sudokuland would rather have Lindt chocolate than Cadbury? Lindt gets my vote for sure, especially the dark chocolate Lindor Truffles! Yum. By the way, a little piece of trivia - I loved the movie Chocolat & have just started reading the book. Noticed that the More... 20/Dec/07 2:49 AM |  |
Oh I wish Kathy. One of my favourite films Chocolat, I wonder why . Jeb I taught my grandmother well!! 20/Dec/07 2:55 AM |  |
 I'm not too picky, Kathy ... If it's brown, I'll eat it! :) 20/Dec/07 3:04 AM |  |
Oh I really prefer Belgium chocolates over Swiss or British. Leonidas is my all time favorite! The darker the better! 20/Dec/07 3:21 AM |  |
I adore the Lindor Truffles. That being said, I'd never turn up my nose at a Cadbury... especially with hazelnuts... 20/Dec/07 3:23 AM |  |
However the French are in tense competition with the Belgium in this domain. I am presently staring at the remains of a box of French truffles (dusted with cocoa powder) really imported from France! that I shamefully dug into last night! I am soooo ashamed! Huge box and I didn't need More... 20/Dec/07 3:25 AM |  |
Lindt is my fav. Cadbury a close second. Both at the same time, if possible! Yummy. oink. 20/Dec/07 3:30 AM |  |
maEn all! I make chocolate truffles every Christmas with a recipe from my grandmother and I put them in pretty little boxes for my family. Will you have some, Shosho? 20/Dec/07 3:40 AM |  |
Chocolate (candy to fondue) goes well with all wine - red (claret to zinfandel), white(sauvignon blanc to gewertz), even makes rosé worth drinking. 20/Dec/07 3:42 AM |  |
Good Morning All. My vote goes to the Cadbury....but I'm still willing to taste test any offerings.... Jamie...Enjoy your 'easy' day to the hilt!A Warm welcome to all of the recent newbies...you have found a great place to meet many great folks.....Happy Holidays to all 20/Dec/07 3:43 AM |  |
 Nice view.Good maEn to all of you. 20/Dec/07 3:47 AM |  |
1:56 and it's drizzling out--yuk! Better not turn into a green Christmas ...Chocolate? I'll take Lindt, or any truffle from anywhere, and I won't turn down a Kit Kat or Coffee Crisp either. Hershey's kisses are good. The worst chocolate bar--Eat More. 20/Dec/07 4:00 AM |  |
