um...ah...well...ok...I'm not really in Paris. In fact i'm not really anywhere! Question is : what are you doing in Paris? Shouldn't you be filming Shrek 3 somewhere? (probably New Zealand).

DON'T think you're the first one to say that!! I am not in Paris, but in approximately 40 minutes I will turn green, so am off to hide under the covers quick beofe my husband realises he has in fact married a Dreamworks creation! (My kids thought it was hysterical, you do too apparently!!)

Our granddaughters just went back home to Orlando today. I'm three days behind in reading comments, but we had so much fun learning Sudoku, baking cookies, shopping for & wrapping their family gifts, plus spending a couple hours at the Tampa zoo where we got to see the new baby elephant, meerkats, More...

Chrissy, have a lovely Christmas. It's so lovely to share it with little ones. My two are the oldest grandchildren and there are more coming along all the time. We had 2 more make their arrival this year and hopefully (God and IVF willing) another will be along by next Christmas. Please keep safe and enjoy the season. les 'Flats' sont des appartements. Devant le Sacré Coeur et vers la droite. Il y a des appartements du côté de la colline. Ils sont modernes et ne complimentent pas la zone.

I think Catherine is trying to describe the Sacré Coeur. Her English is like that of gb. It can be very creative. If I remember I will ask her tomorrow.

On the other hand with my peasant French, I may have described it as such. Hmmmm, I will have to go through my large French dictionary to find out exactly what I said, as opposed to what I think I said.

Oops! Sorry, Catherine did write it - still made me laugh!

I made her laugh the other day. I told her I was going to a French Market to buy some bread. And, then I was going again the next day to buy cheese. She thought I was buying the bread that day and buying cheese the next day to eat with the bread. I did not make it clear that I was buying bread everyday. It left her a little confused.

can't sleep, discovered this web site for the first time, didn't realise there was a timer, done the puzzle in about 4 mins.

It was my first and i got 6.48(not the best ever.)
I read the comments first and didnt know what the flower was until I saw it myself it is beautiful.
