André's thought of the day cannot go by without an observation: I have always strived to remain angry all the time. It prevents those tumultuous and agonizing mood swings. I highly recommend it.

I'm not a big auto race fan, but I think it is super that Danica Patrick won the Indy 300 in Japan. The first female to win in the Indy. I think she might have been driving Rosemary's car and trying to race to get onto a new page!

I have seen a Hornbill in Kenya, however it was white not black. My North American Bird books do not have any Hornbills. This looks like a Macaw with a hornbill beak and nostrils of a Marabu Stork.
