I 'joined' in January 2006 but had lurked for a couple of months prior to then.

Any one who likes dogs,and even those who don't, take a look at my 'young' 15 year old on my page

I joined in May of 2007 but, I also lurked for a while before, as I do now! I just live in a different time zone, then everyone, maybe.... it's a time warp...yea, that's it.

I also formally joined in May of 2007. My DIL introduced me to the site and I lurked for awhile. I enjoyed the posts so much I always read those before doing the puzzles. I thought the people here seemed to be having so much fun bantering back and forth, I wanted to join in! THEN came the SA LAST TO POST contest, and I was well and truly hooked!

Anya..... PA? EDT? That's my time zone, tho' I live one mile from the time zone line.... It makes for a LOT of confusion about appointments.

I started on the jigsaw site in Nov-Dec 2006 after my sister told me about it. I was recovering from my 2nd broken ankle in 10 months! I did the jigsaws, then the archived jigsaws, then redid them twice before I started commenting! I joined in May 2007.

I joined in June 2007 but was here long before that, back in the days when there was no membership..

Back from work and tough times have hit there. There was a layoff of 92 - only 1 from my dept. and one of our clinics will be closing, but those working there will be moved to another area. Times are changing everywhere - People are taking better care of themselves and not coming into the hospital More...

I have had a craving for chinese food and just as I was coming into my home, there was a guy going around with ads for -- China Star.... oh, the guy is here with dinner - plenty for all... mmmm mu shu pork, BBQ fried rice, egg rolls and for my youngest - orange chicken and crab rangon -- I got large - I hope there is still leftovers for tomorrow,,,, take care

I have a lot of catching up to do. Tuesday morning my hard drive died after a possible lighting strike (surge).

Just got the computer up and running. They could not recover all of the data from the old hard drive - before they declared it totally dead.

So that is a cute puppy in the picture...I thought it's face resembled that of a puppy yorkie-poo, but the hair/fur resembled the rottweiler.. hmmm. I dunno. Cute anyway!

Mama, Hope this is the best birthday ever,

to everyone. I have spent the day with a friend who lost one of her children to cancer a week and half ago. His name was Peter and he worked for Catholic Radio here in Ann Arbor. It was his third round with cancer. My heart goes out to her and her family.

Fiona: We were all invited to an Island wedding. If I remember correctly Ted was to pay for the trip? Or, was that another party?
