Hello Mo, I saw where you snuck in last night. You need to come more often and not to just lurk.

Watiting for a repair person to come look at Kevin's car. Think it is his battery but since Harry nor I can remove it from his car to take it to be tested we need someone to come to us. Kevin is driving my Miata, it might be old 23 years, but it is still in perfect running order.

'Nice fur, lil' guy!'
'They won't even know I'm there, Karen!'

I can't celebrate National Mole Day, those little critters can really distroy a yard & they love to eat tulip bulbs. The have ate $$$ of my bulbs.

Sue my dog used to spend hours digging up moles in our yard. The yard looked terrible, but we were mole free!

Shiela, we had some flowers this past spring but we moved at the wrong time of the year so had no spring bulbs. One of the Bridge Club ladies who was walking back to her condo stopped while we planting bulbs & told us she thought our yard looked nice. There is only 4 out of 43 condos that have any More...

Kathy, I could have used your dog when we lived at the other house. The last 3 years there has been a mole explosion in this area.

As far as Serena's puzzle yesterday, I am embarrassed to say I was unfamiliar with Kiribati. After Googling, I found it has a very interesting history. My research did jog my memory of the Marines and the Battle of Tarawa. Learn something new every day on this site!

We would discover a mole presence when we walked across a ''spongy'' area in the yard. Our husky would make it her mission to find it. It was like she was sniffing out truffles.

The only time I've ever seen moles was when I run around the marsh preserve. Sometimes I'd see dirt popping up and then a small brown face would pop up and disappear quickly if I was too close!

I'm sorry, Keith, but you have too many manly features to pass as a bearded lady!
When my younger son was in middle school, there was a seventh grade Roman festival where he had to wear a toga. I manned a booth with one of his school mates. Slender child with long hair and a beautiful face. I remarked to my son how lovely she was. He whispered back horrified that she was a he!
