Strange Christmas Facts

Hahaha! Wonderful GH!
I am one of the 56% who sing (excrutiatingly out of key) carols to my pets. I would guess the percentage would be even higher than that.

I brought home a 10 week old kitten from the shelter yesterday. I will be "fostering" Jingles over the holiday. The little guy was brought in by someone who said the kitten was "feral"...his is definitely a frightened little More...

Chris, we are a Christmas morning family, too. I couldn't figure out how families who open on Christmas eve could explain Santa's arrival. I think some families go to mass and then come home to Santa having left the loot!

When I used to ferry several children to and fro from the Dickens Christmas Faire, we always sang carols. Kept the kids from fighting.

My cat sings Christmas carols to me!!! (Jingle Bells)

If you live top side, do you stir the Christmas pudding west to east?

I received a re-gift from a friend this Christmas. That's a 'first' for me... (that I've known about!)

Maybe Santa only delivers to those who believe?

That faire lasted 5 or 6 weeks and we had to be there at 9am and didn't leave until 10:30 pm. The children all had jobs at the faire and I always wondered how the could stay awake until I delivered them to there houses.

Morning all.

Vici, I have fostered cats/kittens in the past and have always ended up keeping them! I don't foster any more, but now feral cats (or supposedly feral) find me.

I grew up opening gifts on Christmas Eve.
I married into a Christmas 'morning' family, so it changed to Christmas morning.
(I still think I like Christmas Eve better. It seemed more festive at night... the Christmas lights were prettier and it seemed less chaotic. Maybe kids were not so 'bright-eyed and bushy-tailed' at night!)

In the spirit of Christmas, I shall forgive all who do not find pleasure in Dr. Pepper.

A before, DP morning fix lesson. So please do not quote me until you fine the real facts. DP, was a medicine, when it became a soda, a person was to drink DP 4 times a day to keep regular. I do not know if DP still is made with prunes, but I believe it once was. So now, all know I am regular.

Ha! Theresa - those cats that find you are no dumbies! They know a "cat house" when they see it! I'll have to take this little fellow back...but he will be very adoptable.
