Hi Folks, Thank you for your concern. I'm currently in hospital where the staff are doing a valiant job of trying to manage a very intense hypo. They are making some progress but are mystified that it is staying so low after pumping me full of glucose intravenously and by every other means More...

With some searching: Severe hypoglycemia is defined as having low blood glucose levels ...

...and thankfully, you're not exhibiting any confusion and disorientation, despite that obvious exaggeration!
